What happens if I miss my UpHome Installation appointment?

We understand that things happen and you might need to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will ask you to confirm your appointment 3 days before your scheduled appointment. If we don't hear back from you, we will automatically cancel your appointment. We kindly ask you to let us know at least 48 hours in advance for us to be able to plan accordingly. In case of a "no-show" appoinment or a cancellation happening less than 48 hours before your appoinment, you will be charged a $250 re-stocking fee. This fee is only a small sum compared to the losses we incur when this happens, so we highly appreciate you notifying us in case you need to reschedule.
