It also covers the costs for demolition & waste disposal. At UpHome, we try to keep our pricing as simple as possible, but there are some situations that make your install an extraordinary installation. These situations are not covered in your price, since they require additional effort & materials. These situations can be more than 4sqft of mold, issues with termites, rotten studs or plumbing issues, amongst others.
