What is not covered in my UpHome price?

At UpHome, we try to keep our pricing as simple as possible, but there are some situations that make your install an extraordinary installation. These situations are not covered in your price, since they require additional effort & materials. These situations can be more than 4sqft of mold, issues with termites, rotten studs or plumbing issues, amongst others. In case we encounter any of such situations, an UpHome concierge will contact you with instructions and update your pricing. In some situations, you will be required to request the services of a third party for UpHome to be able to continue with the installation.
